Pricing Questions

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. Every quote we send is a flat rate covering everything in scope. The only extras are things you explicitly add on — like the optional $50/month management plan.

What's the difference between the tiers?

The main difference is the number of pages and the complexity of features. A Simple Site is a clean, professional online presence. A Mid Tier adds a blog, CMS, and more pages. Large Tier and E-Commerce are for businesses with complex content needs or online sales.

Can I start with a Simple Site and upgrade later?

Absolutely. We build everything with future growth in mind. Adding pages or features later is always an option — we'll quote it as a separate project.

What's included in the $50/month management plan?

Updates, maintenance, backups, monitoring, and direct access to us whenever you need something changed. It's designed for business owners who want their site to stay fresh without having to think about it.

Do I need to pay upfront?

We typically split payment 50% to start and 50% on launch. For larger projects, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules.

What if I need something custom that doesn't fit a tier?

Just reach out. We build all kinds of custom web apps, integrations, and platforms — if it exists on the web, we can probably build it. We'll put together a custom quote.
